Hermione Lee

A director of words and a scientist of multiple genres, Hermione Lee is an award-winning author of romance, fantasy, horror, women’s fiction, and YA contemporary fiction. She writes for World Castle Publishing and Evernight Teen. She has won the gold medal in the 2023 Readers’ Favorite International Book Awards, the gold medal in the 2024 Moonbeam Children’s Book Awards, Finalist in the 2024 Next Generation Indie Book Awards, and the gold medal in the 2025 Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA) President’s Book Awards. She is against AI-generated books and believes that if an author does not care about the book enough to write it, then no reader should care enough to read it.

Hermione Lee currently resides in Taiwan. Her interests include watching crime documentaries and comedy skits, rereading her favorite novels, listening to electronic dance music, and watching fantasy movies or children's animations. She considers herself an eclectic eccentric and an eccentric eclectic, and she is the proud mother of over a thousand mini resin ducks of all colors and a fuzzy snooty female gray-and-white stuffed Malayan tapir aptly named Tapir.
